You can cut these insoles to the right size for your shoe. I use them in several shoes, including a pair of boots. They've added a lot more comfort to the boots and I can now walk around in them for longer before my feet start to hurt. They've been in there for more than a year and are still going strong. Don't cause your feet to smell. Would highly recommend.

I got this from boots and I inserted them on top on my existing insoles. It is soft, light and easy to cut to give a perfect fit. It is really a bargain.

very good insoles that helped resolve a long term foot pain problem. they are quite robust but won't last forever. never had a problem with curling or wrinkling and I have a pair in every pair of shoes I regularly use and they had comfort to hard soled shoes that i was considering throwing away.

Wouldn't wear shoes without them

Like walking on sponge!

Crap
these are rubbish. had them for about 2 weeks and they'vev already begun to disintegrate. at this rate i'll have to fork out for a new pair every three to four weeks. Read more
