What does a parent do when there son of 2 years 4 months falls in love with a dinosaur in particular a brachiosauras from a film he has seen lent to me by a friend, Well i went searching of course, as my son asked me with big doe eyes if he could meet the brachiosauras as he loved her.
Well i search many shops and online sites and found this Schleich Brachiosaurus in our oppinion to be the most suitable and realistic i say that as my son was not fobbed of with soft toy or wooden lookalikes so i had to get as real as possible for his age(WITH SAFTY IN MIND). We have found this toy the right size and weight for our sons small hands and very durable as it has been bathed over and over also has its teeth washed again and again,its been in a sand pit, mud, stones, Even on a few occassions our son has attempted to chew its head or tail on telling him to stop, there has been no damage to our son and the brachiosaurus has not one mark on it, we have drawn the line on him taking it to bed as it is to hard to cuddle and lay on.This Brachiosaurus toy has been a very good way for us to nurture our sons interest in Dinosaurs at this early stage in his developement and given him hours of play and interest as he now wants to know more about them all. We will be buying more from the Schleich Dinosaur collection

Bought this and a number of other Schleich toys for my son during his dinosaur phase! They are superb quality, and he loved trying to pronounce and remember all the names! Even after being dragged around in a bucket for the best part of a year they still look like new. Would definitely recommend.

We found this to be an excellent accurate toy for our young grandchild....not only for a child to play with but educationally as well...it appears as if it would take a fair amount of throwing around etc.
Unlike the Wooley Mammoth...which whilst extremely good visually is made of a different material which appears as if it would break rather easily...which is hardly fun for a child

our grandson hasnt taken this out of his hand since christmas day. I am sure we will be back for more for his birthday in June. Thank you for making me granny of the year!
