Just received these after ordering on sunday!As soon as i opened the packaging i was ooooooooing, everything about them and the box/accessories is lovely!! Just tested the dryer and straighteners and they are fantastic!!! they ooze quality!!! would never go back to cheap ones now :)

I bought these for my girlfriend for Christmas after she picked them out in a shop on the high street where they were retailing for £149. I got them on Amazon for £119 so I'm really happy with the amount I've saved.
Having bought the ghds from Amazon directly (Amazon EU S.a.r.L.), rather than a third party on Amazon, I was surprised to read in several other reviews that people were questioning the authenticity of some of the ghds sold on Amazon, so I thought it would be a good idea to register them on the official ghd website, where they can verify that they are genuine.
After some initial trouble (the website registration wasn't operating properly) I was able to speak to a member of customer services at ghd who confirmed that the product was authentic.
These ghds look great, they come in a very nicely packaged box and I know my girlfriend will love them.
The only disappointment with my order, and the reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that the black ghd box that the ghds come in was slightly damaged, which probably happened during handling and shipping. This isn't a major issue and I'm being a bit picky, but because it's a Christmas present it would of been nice if the box had been perfect too. You can't have everything...
Over all - I'm very happy.
