About the Author

R. M. Sebastian lives in Florida, where she wishes it would be less sunny. She enjoys taking a picnic in cemeteries. She enjoys reading H.P. Lovecraft short stories. She also loves to watch scary movies, but is usually disappointed by them. She despises slasher films, because those are the ones that really frighten her, and if she wanted to be scared, she would watch the news. More About the Author

By day, Renee Sebastian teaches Art to children, but by night she orchestrates battle scenes between leviathans and submersibles. She swears that she is the only resident in Florida who wishes it would rain more, but if it can't do that, then at least let it be overcast. Her two Papillions and peplums are a few of her favorite things. Currently, she is obsessed with the love/fear continuum in "Donnie Darko" and wishes she could have lunch with "V" from "V is for Vendetta."

2.0 out of 5 stars YA Writers? 21 Aug 2013

I'm not sure is this a collection of young writers attempting to fill their way out or what but I found the stories coming across like that. Supposodely scary tales told over a campfire. Unfortunately the campfire is in the back of the local Wal-mart and most of the kids have escaped inside out of sheer boredom. Not horrible writing but not great either. The stories were short, almost to short for some and left a lot to be desired. I wanted to be scared and instead I was just...meh
