This book contains two separate stories: Scandalized and Sex Appeal.
The first (Scandalized) is about a successful hotelier and a lingerie boutique owner who make a private (very personal) buisness arrangement regarding an heir and a 'step up' advantage to a five year buisness plan. The best bit? A very surprizing Surprize Birthday Party. As always, love conquers all.
The second (Sex Appeal) is about an impulsive small business owner who propositions a passing man into entering the shopping mall's 'Love and Laughter' contest. Throw in a stalker and several misunderstandings, and there you have it. The best it? The slogans on her jumpers. In the end, another happy ever after.
I liked both stories, but for me the second was a better tale, as the first one had a moral dilema I personally did not like. Saying that, I did enjoy the book. If you have read Lori Foster before, there are no real surprizes here, but as light reading, this is a good buy.
