The cars are fitted with unique guide blade systems that allow 360 degree movement. The challenge is to fishtail the car around the perfectly shaped figure-of-eight circuit and send tyre walls flying! It's great fun and, remember, points will be awarded for style! The ‘Super Resistant’ rugged, light-weight bodies of the Lamborghini Gallardo Drift 360° cars ensure hours of full impact, drifting fun for the novice driver and enthusiast alike. The suggested age group is 5, however we got this for our 4 1/2 year old and 3 1/2 year old. It's a great starter scalextric as the cars are designed to spin 360 degrees and to take some battering, making it perfect for those younger, less understanding kids, who enjoy the cars going extra fast and smashing into each other.

It is a figure of 8 track (about 2m long x 1m wide) with additional internal and external pieces so that the cars can powerslide, without falling of the track, and there are some rubber tyres so that you can try to hit them with the cars as they slide.

The only thing for my 3 1/2 year old is that he struggle to understand that the car has to sit into the slot, which I'm sure he will learn with a little more play and practice.

I have only marked down the durability as I think it needs a little more supervision to avoid damage by kids walking off with the controller in their hands or by walking on the track. We intend to mount the track on a board to make it a little more rugged and to prevent dismantling and setting up all the time.

Was good fun , but the cars come off the track quite easily. You must buy an extension to make the track worthwhile. The kids like it, but still prefer computer games
