Isaw this film on its release, back in the day,so touchy was the subject matter, they made two endings, and let the preview audience choose which ending the film should have,to stay together or part, and stay was the outcome, you had to live the the 50s to know that was a big deal, loved the the film, still do ,so not one for the red cross shop .nobody of today will truely understand what the fuss was about, because no one thinks like that now,as i say you had to live the 50s,or just be glad you did not sueb
