My favourite books,

This is my favourite series of books. The mysteries are quite difficult to work out, but that makes them fun, and they're always carefully explained. Saxby Smart is a great character, and so are his friends Muddy and Izzy. I've really liked every Saxby Smart book I've read so far, and there are three stories in every book.

I have just read this to my 7 year old son and both he and I loved it. The stories are sharply written and fun, and the 'notes from my case files' at the end of each section summarise the facts and helped him to keep track of the plots. We can't wait to read the next one.
