5.0 out of 5 stars The Buckhorn Brothers 4 May 2007
Format:Mass Market Paperback
Sawyer hudson, the only doctor in Buckhorn County, took it upon himself to rescue the beautiful but egimatic woman who came literally crashing into his life. Though he knew he should keep things platonic and professional, around her his body had other ideas. And his heart was no more cooperative.

Honey Malone was on the run, fleeing a dangerous predator, when she lost control of her car, drove into a lake....and found herself up to her neck in breathtaking men. After the brothers nursed her through her injuries, she tried to leave, but hadn't bargained on their stubborn proteciveness. Or the passionate bond that tied her to Sawyer......

This is a lovely, sensual read.

Sawyer and his three brothers and charming son are larger than life characters who really engage the reader. They each have their own little character traits which make them unique, but part of a strong, honourable, charming whole.

I really enjoyed the banter between then men, with Honey caught wide-eyed between them. Looking forward to 'Morgan'!

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Read 14 May 2007
By Sian Louise VINE™ VOICE
Format:Mass Market Paperback
This is the 1st in the series "The Buckhorn Brothers"

This is also an excellent book in which to start the series of from.

The character of Sawyer is a doctor in a smalltown where every one knows each other.

Honey literally crashes into his life - what you learn about her is that she is on the run, but what is she on the run from?

Both are very good characters and very well written - the only problem is that they fell madly in love with each other over the space of 2 weeks. Which for most people takes longer than that.

Another thing you may need to read it a little slowly because there are so many brothers I kept getting confused to who was who.

Anyway good read and if you like Lori Foster, definately read it
