"Saving Saddam" is an intriguing tale that leads the reader on a whirlwind journey that leaves one wondering where to draw the line between actual historical events and fiction.

"Saving Saddam" is not only a pageturner that you can't put down but a novel that you think about well afterward. This is fiction at its best. The brilliant, skewering commentary on the U.S. invasion of Iraq and our long, schizophrenic relationship with Saddam does not interfere with an equally compelling narrative. Although it transcends the genre with the weight of its ideas and the quality of its prose, as a suspenseful legal thriller, "Saving Saddam" also does not disappoint.
Clever realistic thriller impossible to put down

From the first page the plot develops fast and the book is impossible to put down. It has it all: grand political intrigue and many agendas the powerful ones have for Saddam and his buddies; a cool guy Malcolm with secrets in his past who takes on the big adventure and gets himself in the middle of this big game. Side plots and characters bring in exciting twists. Fast smart writing style and realistic non-fiction-like description of events be it Washington or Baghdad make this book a great read. Unexpected turns in the plot will keep you awake through the night till you finish the book - - and the end is the most intriguing part which will leave you thinking... Get it and enjoy!!
