These films are a delightful collection of three of Satyajit Ray's lesser known films. These films as with all Ray's films are about people and their relationships with each other and clearly defined characters - qualities that are hard to find in films today. It is nothing new to any fan of Ray to say that he is master storyteller and as with other films I became totally engrossed in these ones. Consequently I find it difficult to review his films from any other perspctive. Or perhaps that itself is a measure of the quality of his work.
If you love to see stories told through the media of film then you shold consider watching these films.
