The item arrived well within the projected time-frame. The quality is good, as it usually is, but it seems that the sticks get rattled around in the process of delivery so that a considerable amount of powder is rubbed off the sticks and ends up in the bottom of the packet. This is not ideal, and is not the case when the item is bought from a shop, which must also have it delivered to them. So why does it happen? Perhaps the delivery services should be asked to treat such items with more care.
