I love watching Saturday Kitchen and had high hopes for the book. Production values are excellent - the layout and pictures are good, advice is good, but the selection of dishes was a disappointment to me.

5.0 out of 5 stars What a pleasure, What a great cookbook. 9 April 2005
This is a great cookbook that really captures the spirit of this light and undemanding early Saturday morning series.
The dishes are easy to reproduce with such well set out instructions. A book that's great for fans of the series and lovers of cookery alike. It's also a pleasure to look through with a number of great pictures.
Would make a great birthday or Christmas gift for the cook in your house.
