Product Description

Product Description

The Sig556 is the future, firing 4 "bullets" of water per second this water-pistol has taken water fights into the future. The Sig556 is not pump action like your average water-pistol, instead you can rely on one full "cartridge of water" for approximately one minute and fire within a range of 8 metres. The water cartridge is removable and easy to take out and reload so you can be back in the action in a flash. Your enemies will barely be close enough to take aim at you before you whip around and.. splash. They are soaked.

Too much fun 21 May 2010
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
As a 40 year old bloke, I should know better. I bought this for my 4 year old and was pleasantly surprised with the build quality - this is a sturdy piece of kit. The magazine holds the water and clicks into the main body with a reasuring click; a few trigger pulls later and you're in business. The gun makes the necessary noises whilst the water is propelled in short 'bursts' towards your 4 year old/target.
The range and kid soaking ability of this 'toy' is a joy to behold.
Every dad needs one - just don't leave it lying around ;-)

This fires short bursts of water accurately to a distance of about 5 metres, feels and looks good, and is fun to use (We have 2). The firing sound is a bit like a student trying to start his car on a winter's morning.
It does not deliver body-soaking quantities, and so no one is going to get mega upset at being picked off by it, unless Granny has joined you for a barbecue. The cartridge lasts a reasonable length of time, but is not easy to refill quickly in the heat of battle, so one or two spare cartridges would be a good idea.
One of the reasons for buying this water communicator was to deter the neighbours' cats from using our garden as a litter tray, but unfortunately it seems that that they are too intelligent to risk Water Armageddon, so maybe they know something of nuclear deterrents!

Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
I bought this to defend myself against my neighbour (in good taste) as he has an older pump action super soaker and he kept cheekily getting us when going to our shed. This water gun is great fun if you want to surprise people like a 'sniper' but no match against a super soaker. Also, the water cartridge dosen't lock in place very well and you can knock it out if you're not careful.

Non-working, but fixable
Dead on arrival. The motor whirred and clicked but no water at all was drawn up into the gun. After removing the feed pipe from the water reservoir, I found that the four small... Read more

WATER PISTOL TYPE
Disappointed with the range of this water pistol, will not reach the squirrel eating the birds nuts, and it is a little noisy, even the squirrel hears it.

son's water gun
Can play with realistic looking water gun without getting soaked! The water 'bullets' mean the reservoir is enough for reasonable play time. sounds are good too. Read more

Lasting water power!
Unlike most water pistols, this one doesn't need constant refills. By using rapid short bursts it has the same fun value but requires less water. Read more

this was just brilliant, makes me wish I was a kid again, shoots water about 10-15ft, kids love it and seems to be pretty robust so far.
