Excellent book, not too many ingredients so usually have them in fridge / cupboard. Recipes easy to follow and good variety in content. I purchased this on the recommendation of a friend. As no longer available in shop this was purchased from marketplace and was in excellent condition and delivered promptly. Shame it couldn't be sent overseas as I had to wait for friends to forward the parcel.

Healthy, tasty AND vegetarian

Sarah Brown is one of the few authors who has managed to compile vegetarian recipies that are not simply meat recipies wihout the meat. These recipies are authentic, tasty, healthy and easy to prepare. Most of the ingredients are easy to buy, and easy to handle.
A must for any serious vegetarian gourmet - or for anyone who wants to expand their palette!
