    This is an excellent no frills slightly larger than average microwave with a sensible easy to drive timer. Build quality for it's price is good and after a week's use over the Christmas period my family are very happy with the machine.

    It deserves 5 stars and would have got them if the first machine received had not had a minor fault. There is a fibreboard cover over the microwave outlet held by two tiny push-in nylon pegs and only one had been fitted. Sanyo Service were unable or unwilling to supply the peg so the machine had to go back. Xmas was days away and our previous microwave had died, so panic was setting in. Amazon and Parcelforce fortunately saved the day. We received a replacement microwave within 36hours. Thank you both but no thanks to Sanyo whose only answer to the problem was to suggest we contact the vendor!

    I would not recommend this microwave, we returned it after 6 months as the plastic cover on the start button had split and peeled. Also never heated food or milk consistently. Also an annoying feature in that it keeps bleeping until you have removed the item in the microwave.

    This Sanyo microwave does exactly what is say on the tin! Powerful 900W and various touch controls make it a doddle to use. Only one slight criticism, the push button for opening the door is quite stiff - I have arthritic hands and find myself pushing it in with my knuckle!

    Otherwise another great buy from Amazon!
