I love the design of this microwave oven, and it is not too big and heavy. The handle makes it really easy to open and close, also the controls are very intuitive. The interior is easy to clean and the glass plate can easily be removed for cleaning. Jacket potato a little uneven, but otherwise I was pleased with the way it defrosted and cooked. Mine developed a fault within the one year guarantee period, but that might just be a "one off".

Microwave chosen on its looks and reduced price in one of the large electrical retailers.
Compact looking and labelled as 17L but equal to some 20L microwaves out there.
Unfortunatly operation doesnt match looks. Very noisy in use and beeping when using buttons too loud and at end of cook sounds like very loud lorry reversing warning.
Returned to store straight away, purchased a panasonic which has proven to be far superior.
