Really good album, but is a big change from theyr'e debut album, there isn't quite the same vocals, but the songs pack a bit more of a punch to replace that. Dunno don't get me wrong is a good album, but they have lost some of the originality they had. If you like the all american rejects then this is similar in sound.

SANTI is definitely funkier than Almost Here, i personally quite liked the moodiness and im not sure the lyrics are quite as poetic, however, there are some brilliant songs on this album. the debut single, we've got a big mess on our hands, sums up the album quite well so if you like it you'll probably like most of the album. some people said that almost here sounded very like fall out boy, so in a way it seems TAI have found their own sound.
its worth buying, and if you like these and fall out boy its worth checkin out paramore, they're on the same label

A Strong Comeback 10 April 2007
Format:Audio CD
The first thing people will say about this is it's not as good as the first, which it might not be - it's your opinion.

However, looking at this album for what it is, it is a great piece of pop-rock, which is what it unashamedly is. Every song is 10/10 except "Everything We Had" which is really bad and sounds like a Westlife B-Side. The rest just sound like old-skool but beefed up TAI - great!

Maybe the sligh change in style is due to Tom Conrad's departure, who knows? All I know is I just can't get "Bulls In Brooklyn" out of my head no matter how hard I bloody try!
