Why not try your favourite Mexican dishes - fajitas, tacos or burritos or another meal of your choice - steak, omelette or stir fry. With the Santa Fe Fajita Sizzler you can cook great tasting meals on your very own sizzle tray while you warm tortillas or another dish in the pan.

Food grills in 5 to 10 minutes and when you've finished cooking you can remove the plug from the unit and simply lift your fajita sizzler onto you table for sizzling parties or even for your evening meal. The unit comes with a removable rack to prepare tortilla or tacos for filling and features both a built in sauce warming tray and a built in drip tray. Also included is a owners manual loaded with recipe ideas.

I an a rep for a sausage company, and go into stores to demonstrate our produce by cooking tasters, i use the Santa fe 11263 Fajita Sizzler on a daily basis for 8 hrs a day, the design and the product is great, and i understand that it was designed for light domestic duties, i have gone through 2 Santa fe sizzlers since Christmas 2005, on the sole basis that the non stick surface has come away and the sausages are sticking to the pan,I know how to treat a non stick surface, but constant use in such a demanding enviroment is showing its wear, i am now finding it very hard to keep clean.
I would like to know if they do the same design with an industrial harder wearing non stick surface, that would be really perfect for me.
I would be grateful if you could pass this message on to see what can be done by the company concerned to help me in this situation.

we found the fajita sizzler to be more versatile than a health grill. It cleans easily, has lots of space for grilling and cooking and can make a variety of dishes. The temperature is easy to control. It is better value by far than the more expensive health grills. The item is bulky and is best left out on a work surface rather than put away after each use. A fajita sizzler will do the work of many items in a kitchen and therefore saves space and money.
