Sanjeev Kapoor's Khazana RTC (123 cook) are all inspired by Sanjeev Kapoor himself, a master chef of indian cusine, who has written many books on indian cooking, as well as owns various famous restaurants around the world. He is one of the most well known name in indian cooking around the word. This spice mix is used to make a unique and delicious chicken curry dish with the fragrance and flavor of fenugreek (methi) leaves.
