Product Description
Measuring approximately 3 ¾â? tall, the Vintage 2010 Series 02: Stormtrooper features multiple points of articulation, and is accompanied by character-specific accessories and a nameplate display base. The Stormtrooper is clad in modified armor complete with pauldron and backpack, and is equipped with a blaster pistol. The Stormtroopers were carryovers from the Clone Troopers generated a decade earlier from the harvested genetic materials of bounty hunter Jango Fett. Enforcing the will of Emperor Palpatine, most Stormtroopers were outfitted with the E-11 blaster rifle, as well as armor with built-in comlinks and varying protection against toxins and hostile environments.

This is a very accurately detailed figure and very durable and well made.
No problems I ahve encoun tered it comes with a standard long rifle seen in many extar guns packs included with figures, but this one has a brown (Sandy) strap. Also comes wiht a further larger rifle gun and a back pack, which fits very well. Has shoulder strap same as sandtrooper from ANH.

This is a sandtrooper soldier. Sandtroopers come in 3 flavors in the movie (depending on shoulder cover color):
1.White
2.Black
3.Orange (squad commander)
Unfortunately this variant comes only in white, but it is far better sculpted than the orange variant at least.
I also noticed that the images that advertise this action figure have the backpack inverted upside down. If you check the movie you will notice that, but that's just a photography problem, not a problem of the action figure.

Fabric clothes:
Accesories: Two different types of rifles, just like in the movie. It has no stormtrooper pistol.
Movie accuracy: Excellent
Issues: Problems to make hands to grab rifles.
Benchmarking: Far better sculped and more poseable than the greencard stormtrooper.

I love the detail on this Sandtrooper. It's definitely an improvement over the 1996 version. This one really looks like he's straight from Episode IV. Also, he's got a lot of articulation. My one complaint is that he has trouble holding his gun. It seems like generally he has to hold it with one hand, which for a rifle doesn't make sense. I eventually got him to hold it with both hands, but it was a struggle. Also, more sand weathering would have been nice. Overall, great figure.

Let me start off by by saying I am a huge star wars fan and a seasoned ation figure collector and i have i seen the good, the bad, and the ugly and when it comes to figures and this figure it is simply beutiful. This figure is great mainly because of a decent price, good articulation, perfect paint job, and the nice touch of reamovable gear and two great weapons. The only fault with this is that sometimes the hands can be difficult but that is the case with alot of figures and they give something two work with since it comes with two weapons. I already have four of these figures in my collection and recomend it for any collector.
