I have used these cards before but only the 8gb ones, and had fantastic results. The quality of photos and HD video is just as good on the 16 Gb card. Super fast and at a great price!

Works great with the Nikon D7100. I bought 2 to use in tandem. No problem. They are also able to be recognised with the SD card reader I bought down the local pound store, so that is a bonus as I saw a post somewhere saying you needed a proper SDHC reader.

I have used a similar type card before but this card appears to be much faster and more reliable which is ideal for wild life photos.

The performance is fantastic. I use it on my fuji x100 and the saving time have been reduced. I was about to buy the 90mb/s extreme pro but i think i made the right choice saving a lot of money and getting (i think) very similar results.

I was looking for a memory card that would provide greater capacity than an 8GB card as I am now using RAW files in the camera - which of course take up twice the amount of storage per photograph than a high quality JPEG.

Information on the web suggested that cards of a greater capacity than 8GB MIGHT work but nothing told me definitively that any WOULD work. As I'm looking for a card that I can take into my next camera (D600 or D800 - I wish !!) 16GB was the minimum size I wanted to go for, but not wishing to waste money on a card that wouldn't work in my D80 I went for this 16GB card.

I'm delighted to say that the card works flawlessly in my D80, and when set to recording RAW only pictures, the LCD display shows a capacity of 1.2K photographs. Now even I can't run out of space on a holiday !!!!! When set to high quality JPEGs, the capacity is around 7.8K photographs - if anyone actually needs that many in one trip.

The speed of this card isn't noticeably quicker in camera (I manage 5 shots before the buffer is full at about 3 frames per second) before slowing to about 1 frame per second when it has to write to the card on the fly. But it is noticeably quicker when transferring images to my laptop - I've not made any actual measurements but it 'feels' quicker.

I'll be getting another one - not because I need the capacity, but just to ensure I don't put all my photographic eggs in one basket on a trip. That said, the card comes with a years subscription to the Sandisk recovery software as well - which thankfully I've not needed, but it's good to know its there in case of disasters.

Absolutely rubbish! Very dissapointed! Very very slow, pictures took for ever to save on it (rougly 20sec) ... I tried formatting it a couple of times but did no good! Waste of money.

I was really please with the purchase of the sd card I took about 1000 pictures and was working fine, but then i decided to do a video and it all went wrong the first minutes it recorded well but then an error occurred and my camera stop recognise de sd card, i put the card on my laptop and it doesn't recognise it anymore, i'm going through hell trying to recover the 1000 photos i have in it, and my hopes are getting less and less ... :(
