I had placed an order for Sandisk 4GB Cruzer pattern USB pen drives. I was sent plain Sandisk USB pen drives. I used the Amazon tools to contact the seller. They apologised for the incorrect delivery and sent me the correct products.I was impressed with the effectiveness of the Amazon tool, the seller's promptness to respond to a dispute from the buyer and the product that I ordered. A dispute resolved and a happy customer.
