This product stimulates the thyroid. I will notice it shortly after a day or so after taking it and I will wake up hungry. This increases my hunger and if I don't control that it has no positive affect. It works but you have to control yourself. You could do this without the supplement but I think it helps and it makes the skin on my back clearer according to the wife. This product is also suppose to aid in the reduction of cholesterol and I think it probably does that too.

Didn;t notice any changes at all with this product - i don't have my thryoid due to total surgical removal, hoped this product would help with fatigue and weight issues, I gained about 15 lbs right after surgery when I was severely hypothyroid, and have not been able to get it back off. thought it may be something my body is missing :( no amount of diet will get it all off either unless my meds are too high and my TSH is super supressed, back to the drawing board, and just trying to maintain.
