I rely on reviews when I shop on the net and there don't seem to be many for this machine so having just bought one I thought I should be helpful!
I bought this because it has a large capacity and good spin speed, as I tumble dry most things 8kg is peefect, any bigger and there is too much for a dryer load. Also it is a Samsung and I find this to be a good reliable brand for other products and the machine looks good!
On arrival I was surprised by how Pleasant it is to use. The controls make cute little noises and are user friendly and intuitive. there is a useful timer and I love the look of the display.
The biggest surprise though is how quiet it is in use compared to my old zanussi.It does rev up a bit during the spin cycle but the actual wash is lovely and quiet.
Classy product although I Can't comment on the reliability yet as I've only had it a week.

I just love this washing machine, it is so quiet good size drum, very easy to use lots of wash loads.
Only thing I would say is when buying check the size, it is larger than some models.
