Dissapointed with this item. Lovely design & very easy to wear. I bought one but the speaker was very poor. The recipient of my calls could hear me very clearly but I could hear a tinny rattling sound every time the other person spoke or whenever I pressed a button on my phone. It was so bad that the conversations could not be heard. The item was replaced by the supplier but the replacement bore exactly the same fault. I therefore opted to retain my Jabra bluetooth device which, although slightly larger, produces excellent sound reproduction every time.

This quite a nifty looking gadget, but the buttons are fiddly, as there is only one main button for a variety of functions I was finding that I was cutting people off or when I wanted to pick up the phone I ended up re-dialing the last number.

I also found the charge does not last as long. I charged it up fully and on way home from work it was bleeping low battery. I bought one of these for myself and my partner both of them are sitting in the cupboard needless to say.

For me this headset works perfect 3 sizes of earpiece allows to get headset easy into ear, additional piece allows to put it over your ear. Volume is very good and also microphones are working perfect. Only issue with this item is that it is so small that others persons can hardly notice that you are talking with someone and it looks like your talkin to yourself ;-)
