I have just received this toner from Amazon. It is a replacement for the larger capacity Samsung tone I had originally ordered. I saw the higher capacity toner and thought it would save me money, the description was right, and it stated it would work on my printer. When it arrived the day after ordering it was not compatible with the printer (Amazon should have known this). I was not happy at all. I contacted Amazon to request a return, and refund, no problems. Label printed, package wrapped up and taken to collection point, a 5 minute job. Then I received an email telling me the repayment had been made, so I ordered this smaller capacity toner. Next day was a Saturday so I did not expect to receive the compliant toner until the following Monday, which would have left me in trouble as I needed to print some urgent documents, but I should not have worried. Amazon, as good as ever, delivered the replacement on Saturday morning! Getting things wrong in the first place was annoying, but how Amazon responded was outstanding, and that's one of the reasons I will continue to use Amazon.
