I bought this hoover for my daughter as a moving in gift for her new home. The first time she turned it on she rang me and said that it was just the most amazing, powerful hoover she'd ever used, even better than my Dyson! I am so pleased it is very good value for money and looks smart and is small and comact enough to hide away under the stairs. Highly recommended.

The great things about it: (1) it has excellent suction ability (2) it is very light to carry up and down stairs (3) it has a slot for the vacuum head to attach to the base for ease of carriage,(4) it is easy to operate and (5) easy to remove the dirt canister when emptying. The downside of this vacuum cleaner is (1) it does not carry the extra tools onboard, (2) I found the hose a little short and (3) because of the design it takes up a little more floor space during storage (and it JUST manages to balance on a step whilst I vacuum the stairs). All in all a great product works like a dream!!

I bought this vacuum cleaner after reading the Amazon and Argos reviews - I am not disappointed. The suction is excellent and picks up all of the pet hairs no problem and it's easy to clean. It was very easy to assemble and is fairly quiet even on the most powerful setting. Only (very slight) downsides are that the dustbin cannister doesn't hold much and needs emptying often and the tools can't be stored onboard but who really cares about that? It's a great little cleaner that does exactly what it promised and for the price it's a real bargain. Highly recommended!

I wanted a small, light vacumm cleaner to leave upstairs so the big heavy Vax vacuum/shampooer didn't have to be lugged about our little cottage and narrow stairs. I read lots of reviews and this Samsung stood out as pretty much The One. Neo of Vacuums. It arrived. Excited, I unpacked and assembled. I'd vacummed the ground floor with the Vax only a few days previously so, almost defiantly, I challenged the Samsung to the same contest. Light, not too noisy, though it almost sucked the carpet off the gripper rods at 75% power.... Wow! After about 20 minutes I inspected the chamber of revolving, dusty horrors assuming it'd be almost empty. Not so. To my amazement and shame, the removable canister (which rather revoltingly resembles a filter coffee machine jug) was more than half full of gunge. Not just the odd hairball but wads of grey muck and debris.
So. The old Vax has been consigned to the shed for shampooing detail only. The nifty Samsung is reclining in the small, but newly & beautifully created, Cupboard Under The Stairs, like a thoroughbred stallion at rest.... Black Beauty (grey, actually) we are in awe of your power!!!

This vaccum cleaner is worth every penny,..Its very powerful and has a button on top to adjust the suction,.Its small,easy to use and work with,.Its bagless and easy to empty,..Its capacity to get carpets and upholstery clean is second to none,..overall a very good buy.....

i actually really like this hoover but unfortunately the pipe which connects to the hoover has come out. You can see where it was glued originally and we have tried re-glueing but it won't have it. Also i can't separate the hoover pole! i keep pressing the button in but cant pull the pole out, I need to have someone around to hold on to the end of the pole. Also when i first received the hoover i fell in love with it straight away, it was so powerful. Now it seems mediocre. i keep emptying it and cleaning and washing the filter but it doesn't seem as good as it first was. its a shame because i still like it and love the look.

I purchased this cleaner primarily for the caravan. It is neat, easy to use and store and cleans very well. I also tried it out on the car with brilliant results. It does have a fairly small capacity and needs emptying after 2 or 3 uses but, as the container is exceptionally easy to remove and replace, it is not a problem. I would recommend for small areas but personally I prefer upright cleaners for the house although this would be ideal for stairs.

This was everything I was looking for in a vaccum. Didn't want to replace my current one as it is so good but the motor was on it's way out so no choice. Found what I wanted in this samsung. It has amazing suction power, you can see it lifting the carpet! The cylinder is so easy to empty and it a decent size so you don't need to empty it every time. The flex and hose are a good length and it is fairly quiet. I read lots of reviews on this and they were all positive. If you are looking for a decent vaccum which feels and looks great quality then I totally recommend this one.
