I've had my Tocco Lite for about 6 months.
The touch-screen is easy to use, and does include a QWERTY Keyboard, when texting or using the internet, just turn the phone sideways. The screen is always clear and easy to read.
It doesn't have the range of games that an I-phone may, but I personally use a games console for games, rather than wasting the phone's battery on them.
It has good MP3 playback and an FM radio, which don't seem to sap the battery life too much.
Internet access is adequate for occasional use, but not as rapid as on a 3G mobile.
You can get a small number of free downloads from Samsung to enhance the phone, including a choice of ringtones and background images.
