My daughter ordered phone from E2save but sadly when it arrived we struggle to get the back off, when we did finally, the sim card would not read. We tried to re-open the back but again we could not. Supplier has promised to replace. As we know the phone is excellent - happy to wait it as promised. Sad not to have my Mother's Day gift for 2 weeks!
I bought this phone and it was okay. The thing that annoys me is that the backing keeps coming off all the time.
