Delivery was exactly as advertised. Set-up was reasonably easy for a non-expert but getting the finer points was more difficult. The instructions for the fine tuning were not easy to follow and, after 4 weeks, I am not sure that I have got the colour to the optimum setting. Otherwise, this is a very good monitor at the price.

Good monitor, no issues, picture is great, I like the colour brilliance (but this is subjective...). The "magic" control tool didn't work properly with Win7 64bit (despite installing the newest version).
On a completely white screen there is some slight graining visible if your close up to the monitor but you don't see that in day to day use..

There's no doubt; this is very good value, and a very good quality monitor. Easy to set up (despite the process I needed to follow with an old-ish pc - read on!); very pleased. It certainly brings my display up to current standards.

I struggled a bit to match the 1920 x 1080 native resolution of this screen with my computer setup (Dell Dimension 2400, year 2005, Windows XP). I had already updated from integrated graphics, by installing a Radeon 9250 graphics card, which in theory allows for this resolution. Using my old VGA cable I could do it, but I ended up with parts of the window off the screen; simply moving the mouse made the whole screen accessible, but hardly ideal! I think this was because Windows would let me set my resolution to 1920 x 1080, but looking at the graphics card settings the maximum resolution there at the correct ratio (16:9) was 1360 x 768. However, if I used that resolution I had some slightly fuzzy characters if you looked at text very carefully, apparently a product of LCD screens if you don't use the native resolution. For some reason, for me, it is better at 1280 x 720.

I've now ordered - and received - a new DVI/HDMI cable to try the screen on its digital as opposed to analogue mode, and everything now works properly; I did have to change the settings for the graphics card - quite easy with Radeon as they have a 'Catalyst Control Centre'.

The monitor is supplied with only a VGA/VGA cable; a bit surprising in view of my experience as the monitor doesn't seem ready to give it's best with this cable.
