I bought this printer to go in a specific space in my desk and it just fits. To print a single page I can leave it in place and pull it out on a sliding platform when doing larger jobs. For bog-standard mono text printing it is a great little machine, producing nice clear print. I have it connected to an Apple AirPort Extreme Base Station and print to it by wireless. Firstly, the delivery of this item was extremely fast. I ordered on a Friday morning and it arrived in just under 24 hours.
I was replacing a disastrous Kodak that was using up colour even though I only needed to print in black. I was recommended a 'mono laser' rather than inkjet.
This printer is seriously compact. About the size of a toaster, sits neatly on my desk. It was a joy to install. Just unbox, peel off packaging labels, attach USB (not included but most people have them), plug in, insert disk and it should install automatically. (I'm not even sure if I needed to insert the disk).
Printing is quiet and fast. The quality is great, like reading a professional document. I have only tried normal and not the highest quality couldn't be better. NONE of that awful wobbly, jumpy text you can get with inkjet and none of that alignment process to go through.
If I discover any complaints I will update this review but so far, so good.

Opted for 3 day shipping yet printer arrived the next day after order was placed. Meets my needs perfectly but the toner only lasts 1,500 pages which is not much. Have set it to 'toner save' setting for more pages. Stylish and takes a small footprint on a crowded workstation. Haven't mastered printing envelopes as yet, however, I would recommend this printer.
