Awesome TV with great features for the price. Picture looks great. Can confirm that its has 100hz and is like the LE40A656 but without the same bezel, only 3 HDMI, and lower contrast ratio. Probably due to being a Super Clear Panel as opposed to an Ultra Clear Panel that the 656 has which is more likely a different coating then panel.
Avoid 37 inch Samsungs as they do not use Samsung Panels (Samsung doesnt make 37inch panels and so its likely to be AUO or other inferior panels). This is why you dont see 37 inch Sonys as they tend to use Samsung panels and other good quality panels as part of there collaboration.
Overall go for a 40inch Samsung if you want good features and quality components. Therefore this is a great choice.

Recieved this last week following it being a deal of the week, noticed it is still at a great price.
First impresions, fantastic, came straight of the box, no need to even put on the swivel stand, plugged all my bits in, sky, bluray player, turned in on , bingo. Stunning picture immediatley. I had been waiting for ages to get a Sony KDL-40W4000 but the price was still up near 800, I had been to my local electrical shop to have a look and fell for the Samsung, sorry but this is streets ahead style wise. even the remote that lights up beats the clumpy one from Sony.This is gorgeous rose black with a crystal edging .
Back to Amazon and I spot this one with higher spec at a fantastic price.
It does indeed have the 100hz which the sony does not, picture is outstanding and several people have thought we already had HD when we have not yet.Go to the Samsung website as for some reason Amazon have not really given much detail about this, it is the series 6.
Loads of options, like the usb port too for pictures etc, all in all very, very pleased.

This TV is excellent value for money, not stated in technical details but it comes with 30,000 contrast ratio and also the 100Hz motion plus, DNIe Pro and Wide Colour Enhancer 2. Been using it for PS3 gaming and started my Blu Ray collection with the Godfather box set. Would highly recommend purchasing this TV.

Great value, Brill Picture
Had this Tv for 2 weeks, The Picture quality is brilliant, detail on faces is so clear, simple to set up. Very pleased with this model.
