Wide Colour Enhancer

Capturing nature is the goal of an artist. We've achieved it as well with our Wide Colour Enhancer. Our unique 3D colour stretching technology saturates each pixel until it achieves the true colour and luminescence intended by nature. So every colour on the RGB spectrum is brought to life. It is a work of art.

This TV doesn’t settle for less than perfect

A picture that’s smooth and clear doesn’t always magically appear. That’s why many of our latest HDTVs are equipped with a digital noise filter. When you have a less-than-perfect picture in a poor reception area, this filter reduces the analog noise created during transmission, reproducing clear images, sharp details, and bringing images back to their original beauty.

Anynet+

Take the drama out of enjoying your home theatre. Anynet+ delivers one-touch control for all compatible SAMSUNG audio and video devices connected via HDMI. Now one touch is all it takes instead of a coffee table full of remotes.

Control all your compatible Samsung devices with one remote control

3 HDMI

All it takes is one cable to connect your TV to your other audio and video sources. Our HDMI slot allows you to import all kinds of content without compression including pictures and videos from your digital camcorders and multimedia PCs. Now enjoying it all on a wide HD screen couldn't be easier.

Light controlling, energy saving

Samsung HDTVs are easy on the planet — and on your eyes. Our unique Eco Sensor measures the intensity of the room’s light and automatically calibrates the brightness of the image on the screen. In a brightly lit environment, the picture brightness grows even brighter, and in dim surroundings, brightness is reduced. So now you’re not wasting energy on a bright screen when it isn’t needed. Enjoy the best picture possible with a TV that’s aware of its surroundings.

I am normally too busy to write review. But this time I had to! Before this TV, I ordered the Sony Bravia KDL32V5500U, which costs over £200 more than this one. It chose the Sony as, even though it was expensive for the size, I've always been a HUGE Sony fan (pretty much all electronics I've got is Sony) and it was considered by many to be one of the top 32 inch TVs. Unfortunately, it had a slight fault, so I had to send it back.

Then I ordered this TV and when it arrived, I couldn't believe how much better it was than the Sony unit. First of all the looks: I'm not entirely convinced by the whole "Rose Black" concept, but it actually looks really good. Overall, the TV looks really smart, modern with clean lines. The transparent bit at the bottom makes it looks even more interesting.

Then, the panel itself. Straight out of the box, I loved the colours and the blacks were truly black. There was a really annoying energy saving feature turned on - it dimmed the backlight whenever there was a darker image displayed, but it was easy to turn off. After playing with settings for a while, I was able to get even better result. Truly stunning colours. I was also quite amazed how well the TV displayed not only HD content, but standard definition content too. The Sony TV was great for HD, but the upscaling of SD produced a lot of artefacts. No upscaling problems with this unit, just perfect picture!

Next, sound quality. Overall great experience, although bass is missing a little bit. However, this is due to the physical size of the speakers and it's the same for all other TVs. If you like more bass, it possible to connect external speakers or (even better) a home cinema system.

I was looking for a cheap full HD TV and saw this, after reading the other reviews I decided to go ahead with the TV and wasn't disappointed. Set up was extremely easy, the picture is fantastic, it looks nice, and the price can't be beaten.

The best feature for me on this TV was the USB input, I already have the WDTV device and has served me well but when I plugged my external hard rive into the USB it immediately recognised the device - the menus are in a nice easy format and it played every video I have , from mp4 & AVI to .MKV files (this was the biggest surprise to me that it could play the High Def file type, I have HD files and the video quality is astounding),

You can resize the videos to fit the screen using the tools button and skip quickly through the file using the cursors on the remote (instead of using the fast forward and rewind, people who watch AVI's know the frustration of losing your video postion and having to fast forward at a maximum of 16x to the correct place!).

All in all, if you want a full HD TV at a low price then look no further, the only downside for me was that you can't record via USB but apart from that I can't fault it.

After some fiddling with outputs from freesat HD box and Panasonic HD recorder we've got some stunning picture quality through HDMI. MP4s upscaled to twice the native resolution still look good with the media player. Everything about this box says quality apart from the price. Wii picture looks cleaner despite only coming in through the scart socket. SD can look a tiny bit fuzzy if you're too close, however sit at the right distance and the picture is better than I could have imagined. Worth finding a retailer that can sell you a 5 year guarantee for 10% of the purchase price - especially if you're not Richer (hint)

Excellent quality of picture and sound. In a house full of men (husband and 2 sons) It was bought as my alternative to
the World Cup....! However, once the World Cup started I too joined in the fun. It's picture and sound are of a better quality than the previous flat screen TV bought 6 months ago (an indicator of the improvements in technology). Thank you we love it.

Good TV, loads of connections, we've not yet connected it to a HD source, but I reckon it'll look great when we eventually do. I'm no TV buff, but it is set up easy, is simple to use, it has a good picture and sound and I can't fault it.

Having had a 32inch Samsung lcd TV before, I found picture and sound quality better than before. However, having compared the prices with three other suppliers, and picked Amazon as the cheapest price,I was disappointed to find that the Amazon model of the LE32C530F had a lower specification than other apparently identical madels. When I came to connect the set to the Sky Box and my Toshiba hard disk/ dvd/ vcr recording machine, I found that there was no SCART socket. It also appeared that the non-reflecting screen was not so effective as the old model.
It was only later when I thought to look again at the specifications of all the other three suppliers, I found that they all offered a SCART connection in addition to the three HDMI connections. As this factor does still cause me some difficulties I wish now that I had selrcted the next least expensive model. I also feel that Amazon shoud make it clear when the specification for the version they are selling is less than others with exactly the same Model No.
