I'm very happy with my purchase. Good picture via Freeview and sound is what I would have expected from this size TV. You need to go more upmarket (and probably go for a bigger screen) to get better sound quality. For bedroom use, the sound quality is perfectly adequate for me.
Set up was painless and very quick. The remote control is easy to use and the TV is filled with options to suit your preferences for colour, power saving, sound etc. The back of the TV has quite a few connection options too including HDMI and a PC input. Overall, a good TV which I would happily recommend.

Have been in possession of tv for over a month now and have to say am very pleased with the product. TV is very sraightforward to use with plenty of functions and is an excellent size for an average kitchen or bedroom.
I'm able to receive a reasonable quality digital picture in a weakish reception area with only a loft aerial. (don't have HD) . Analogue & digital text is clear & easy to use. Worth searching net for optimum picture settings as tv comes with contrast & backlight turned up to max. One negative point, tv volume level is good but definitely lacks depth . (I had read this on other reviews) Overall , very good value for money. PS Thanks to Amazon for usual fast & efficient service

Bought this product as I wanted a smaller television for the kitchen, running off a standard Virgin box (ie cable).
For the purpose of a second television I believe this is a great little TV. Set up was easy, the picture is absolutely fine for Mr "Average" like me and the sounds remarkable good. I also have a 22" LG for another room and the picture on this Samsung is certainly better, more depth/colour. Remote is fine, nicely designed - never going to set any worlds alight, but remotes don't - do they? I'd suggest anyone looking for a tv reviews all connections to make sure that all the connections they need are present (ie scart) There's other reviews on here which I'd have a gander at but as I say for most people this is absolutely a sure bet television (and comes with a three plug...)
