I have friends who are technophile "snobs" and insist that a home theatre system in a box can never be as good as a separate av/amp. Well I've heard their systems all of which are too overpowering and too damn loud for a 3 bed semi, I have had Samsung systems for over 5 years and this is as good as they get. Easy to set up and chrystal clear sound that perfectly accompanies the film on screen without being too powerful the 3D sound is amazing - whoever knew sound had depth rather than assailing you through front and rear speakers. Very pleased with this it also looks uber modern alongside my UE55D7000. The converter from 2D to 3D is a nice touch tho it is not true 3D it does give you a sense of depth. All in all a chic feature packed beautiful piece of kit that doesn't overpower your room or your ears. You can keep your separates and their big price tags this is all you need

Excellent piece of kit, easy setup, excellent sound and auto sound callibration. Very crispy sound and fast streaming contents from your pc and very enjoyable with 3d effect on line contents. Highly Recommended, value for money for its perfomance, quality and design.

I bought this system recently and have to say I am amazed just how good it is. The sound is crisp and bass is booming, everything I want from a home cinema. If you are looking for a 3D blu-ray 5.1 home cinema system look no further than this.

Samsung HT-D6500

wi-fi - is the dongle requiured for this
when it says "Wi-Fi, Wireless Speaker Ready" in the specs. Does it mean it has built in wi-fi and does not require the dongle as specified for other model explicitely!!
