December 2011: With the Autumn floods in the Far-East inflating the prices of hard drives to easily double what they had been in the summer, I was happy to find this 750Gb hard disk for about £80 delivered from one of Amazon's Market Place suppliers, in time to do a post-Christmas upgrade for my son's Playstation 3. As the rating is for the "item", it has to be 5 stars as it performs as it should although a star system does not seem an appropriate method of reviewing a hard drive - it either works or it doesn't - there are no star points in between! Delivery from "Happiness At Home" was slow, but that may have been an availability issue given the global supply situation. On line tracking discovered it had been sent to the wrong address, but this was probably the courier rather than the supplier. Phone calls and e-mails were promply and courteously dealt with and it duly arrived, though badly packaged (which has to be a Happines At Home issue). So, 5 stars for the item because it works, but 4 stars for the supplier, which may seem generous but personal contact leads me to assume that performance at another time would have been better. Happy New Year!
