I chose this phone as I travel all the time with work and liked the option of keeping my UK sim available all the time. It has been great so far and works really well, however my latest job has taken me to the US where I found only 1 sim slot working. I swapped the sim cards and they both worked. I contacted Samsung who confirmed Slot 1 sim is quad band but Slot 2 sim is dual band only - I must have missed this on the specs. So I still need to carry 2 phones in the US. It works fine in the UK, Europe, Thailand and on a stop over at Tokyo airport. Other than that disappointment it is a neat phone.

Good phone, does what it says, im running 02 and Vodaphone sims no problems, software that comes with it has 'issues' so don't bother loading onto your pc, just use the phone as a mass storage device on your pc and drag and drop away to your hearts content :)
Big draw back is, that it has only the samsung tune for ring-tone/ message alert.
easily solved I dragged all my files from old phone to laptop to this phone, sorted!
camera flash interferes with picture quality as flash is so close to lens that it filters into the picture to the left, so I turned it off.
come with little leather pouch to slide over it while in your pocket etc.
charges via usb which for me is good
come with wall charger too btw.
touch screen is responsive even with the protective film still on it (i keep it on as long as possible after smoothing bubbles out)
Defo recommend this handset for anyone who has signal problems,(dual sim) camer takes good photos shame about the flash but I can live without it.
previous handsets being. nokia slide, sony erricson slide...THIS Samsung is far better

Good phone, the dual sim works really good, battery is ok in stand-by (holds up to a week). Although once you use it in conversations, sms etc ... the battery will go a lot faster and in the end when you have a dual sim phone it means you'll probably use it twice as much so ...
No wifi, 3G, and only the SAMSUNG OS but i'm not a sucker for internet over the phone
