Although I did not buy this camera from Amazon I feel compelled to write a review in warning to everyone. This camera is so bad we are going to buy a new different one. The picture on the screen is so different to the picture the camera takes it is impossible to gauge the lighting etc. Use of the flash produces hideous garish colours and pitch black back grounds - without the flash on the camera will not focus and picture are always blurry - even in well lit rooms. The "SmartAuto" setting is painfully slow and you always miss the shot you want as the Smart Auto thing is faffing about focusing itself. The Smart Auto refuses to focus on objects which are obviously close/far enough with out zooming in and out repeatedly. Even with the anti red eye setting switched on this camera produces more pictures with red eye than any I have ever owned. It's so frustrating - even using the different settings none produce satisfactory results. Colours look wrong, lighting looks wrong - everything looks wrong!!! Aaarrgghhh!!!!
