Product Description
Samsung have previously used two external filters - the EF9603 (commonly called the Magic Water Filter) and the WSF100 (slightly larger, improved version).
These have now been superceeded on 2008 model fridges with the Samsung DA29-10105J. This is an EXTERNAL cartridge which fits behind your refrigerator, featuring quick release push fit connectors. Please note that this cartridge is completely different to the DA29-00003A/B series cartridges which fit inside the refrigerator compartment itself (the two are -not- interchangeable).
We do not offer original replacements for this cartridge - in our opinion the £40 price tag is simply too expensive, and as you'll see from our reviews (see link at the top) our previous compatibles have always offered fantastic value, performance and reliability at a fraction of the cost.
Instead we have our own cartridge - the Pozzani GS10J (UK Fridge Filters is operated by Pozzani Pure Water plc), which comes complete with fitting instructions, a convienient easy fit tool and of course full technical backing by our support staff in the unlikely event you have any trouble with the installation.

A much cheaper version too buy than comet are selling . i have used this water filter from day one easy to fit , and it comes with full instruction a great alternative for your american freezer at half the cost

The connection is slightly different from the original part but comes with the necessary linkages. Does exactly what its meant to.
