This phone looks good but is of poor quality, it feels so light and flimsy and it never worked right from the start. It was a disappointing gift as everytime an incoming call was received it switched itself off!
Learning to use a mobile phone for the first time and it is quiet easy.I have had phones before but only used them for emergencies. I can now send and recieve text messages ,I can put numbers and names in myself,I have learnt how to use the camera on it and I have only had it a week ( I am in the age 55 to 60's age group )I can see the letters and numbers clearly.The battery lasts along time and it closes up so you dont accidently catch the buttons.
