Bought this when my previous microwave (also a Samsung) started malfunctioning after giving fine service for about 8 years.
I was looking for one which has the grill/convection feature so that I dont have to use the big oven when baking/cooking small items. This is just fine for that. Besides it's a good design. And has proper tactile buttons instead of touch buttons, which I like. Also the jog wheel is a great touch - so easy to set/increase the cook time.
I have not had the microwave too long. So have not used some features yet, like the de-odourizer, but I'm sure it'll come handy sometime.
All in all, quite happy with my purchase. Hoping that I'll be sorted for another 8 years. And oh, Amazon Prime delivery was as-expected quick and reliable. Well done Amazon - one of my favourite online stores.

A very good choice, pleased with the microwave, oven and also the grill.
There is a large plate for quantities and it is fairly easy to use.A value for money item.

I bought this Samsung combination microwave to replace a very old and faithful friend that ceased to function,doubting that it would do all I wanted in a "combi" but was I pleasantly surprised....YES I was and after a couple of months of use I am still impressed with its ease of use and eveness(is that a word?)of cooking. I use the the convection when I just have one dish to cook and the grill or oven combi for Jacket spuds, melting Camembert for dunking etc. the latter takes 3 minutes!The grill is great for browning the tops of cooked dishes.I would have liked the description to have told me what combinations were available eg.microwave and grill,microwave and convection and just microwave as it took a bit of research on Samsung's website to find this but otherwise only positive feedback from me.

Dead on arrival
The Microwave was dead on arrival. Returned to Amazon who refunded me quickly. Replaced with a Panasonic Microwave which works perfectly and is of much better build quality.
