The E250 is a compact & thin slider phone which has been designed by Samsung to hit the mid range mobile phone market by storm. The phone has high quality built in features & technologies which most user have come to expect from their mobile phone but all within a good budget & with a high quality finish. The Samsung E250 is also known as the Samsung SGH-E250 & is a tactile & stylish member of the Samsung range of mobile phones.
The handset comes with a smooth slide open mechanism which allows the user to view the large colour screen when the handset is closed or open. The handset comes with bevelled edges & with a tactile coating which feels good to hold & to operate. The Samsung E250 comes in a selection of fashionable colours which include misty silver, ebony black, cherry pink & apple green. The Samsung E250 is light to hold & carry which weighs only eighty grams. The handset in thin at only 14mm in depth & compact measuring 99mm in height & 50mm in width. The phone comes with 10 Mbytes of built in memory & with a swappable memory facility which allows the user to extend the handsets memory by adding a MicroSDTM memory card.
The large screen is 2 Inches in size & provides a 128 x 160 pixel screen resolution. The user can view up to 65 thousand colours on the 2 Inch display. The Samsung E250 comes with a black user interface which provides a stylish way for the user to view the phones menus, as the bright colours show up beautifully against the black background

OK. This is the phone which I currently own. First I'd just like to make it clear that this phone is perfect for people who just want a phone which does your basic text
ing and the voice calls. I'd had it for my 16th Birthday on October 3rd, 2007. That makes my phone nearly two years old now, and believe me, if I was like my peers I'd have had probably 3 or 4 mobile phones in that time-period AT LEAST!
This phone has definably served me well in this time and I would recommend it to people who just want a basic mobile phone that you can take with you wherever you might find yourself. Its certainly not top-of-range now because its a few years old but it will benefit people who have a limited knowledge of a mobile phones, or perhaps people who simply want a mobile phone to talk to people without any fancy, fancy extras.
I am 18 in just over a month and I will be probably taking out a mobile-phone contract for a bran-spanking new phone as my phone has begun to take a few scratches and a bit of wear-and-tear. I can say that it'll be given to my younger sister for her Birthday as she turns 13 this coming month to give my phone another good year or maybe even a couple more years of use before its time is up.
Finally - Look, if your the kind of person who doesn't want to keep changing their phone every time the next 'top-of-the-range' phone is out then I think this is the phone for you. If its anything like my phone then it will last several years without any problems. I do hope I've helped anybody contemplating to buy this phone! I don't think you'd regret it.

A very handy lightweight phone which came unblocked and works well on the Vodaphone IE network for which it was bought. I agree with other reviewers that it doesn't have the best camera,but i want it for calling and texting only so it offered good value for money. It arrived within 4 days of ordering so well done to the vendors.
