Sadly, i've had to return this great looking monitor as it did not have a DVI Digital input, just an analogue VGA one.
Both DVI and VGA inputs are clearly shown in one of the photos. These photos are the same stock ones that appear on Samsungs website so I don't blame Amazon for this but Samsung. Whilst on Samsungs site I also noticed that there are no Windows 7 drivers for this model. It will still work with Win 7 though as W7 will use generic drivers which work perfectly well.
It's rather surprising that Samsung didn't include a DVI input on this model considering it's Full HD (1080p) and not the cheapest model out there. I could understand if it was a much cheaper model. If you've invested in a full HD screen you want the best image quality and i'm afraid VGA doesn't quite deliver the sharpness and clarity of a digital connection.
Go for the Samsung B2230H. It's the same monitor but also includes DVI, HDMI and is certified for XP, Vista and Win 7 32 & 64 Bit OS's. Oh... And it's only slightly more expensive making you wonder why this 'N' version exists at all!
I'm giving this 3 stars for now due to the reasons described above.
Samsung make great quality monitors - great looking too! I've owned 2 previously and still own a Samsung T220 and they've been great.
