I recently purchased one of these chargers for my sister, who had lost her previous charger, only to realise when we received it that it was the wrong type! However, the service was brilliant; we couldn't have asked for better - the product arrived within three or four working days, and told us exactly what to do in order to return the item.
I then purchased the actual charger using the same people, and the service was - again - brilliant. Thank you very much!

charges my cheapo samsung dual band gsm phone, what more can you ask for? I mean it's not defective is it, and here I am rambling trying to reach the 20 word minimum requirement.

The supplier was first rate, alas in this instance the product was not.
After plugging in for about ten minutes, during which time it appeared to charge happily at first, I returned to find it had caught fire and burned the powerpoint faceplate.
This may have been an unfortunate rogue item; I was assured it had never occurred before, though I feel duty bound to leave a comment about it.
The supplier was most apologetic and refunded the items cost without question, I do not suggest that the business was at fault in any way.
