Brought this laptop from another vendor other than Amazon and have to say I am very impressed. A neat little laptop, widescreen allowing good viewing for films and gaming. Comes equipped with Microsoft Office, Macafee and a few other bits of useful software. Good battery life, usually at least 3 hours when doing basic tasks icnluding gaming.

Only slight negative for me is the speakers. Not as loud as previous laptops I have had.

It would have been nice if the laptop had actually turned up!
Various excuses starting with the bad weather, then they appear to have given the package to another carrier. I have been told to wait another week as it may turn up at some point, no good as this was a christmas present. Amazon were no help what so ever and did not care!
