This is an excellent case. Slim, easy to grip and professional looking.
The problem is when you have it in desktop mode (ie. So that you can type) the device is upside down from its "default" manufactured orientation. Ie some applicants open up upside down. Most self correct when you pick up the tab, but some don't, which becomes annoying.
Biggest problem is taking photos with the cover on as you have to open it and keep it in its most extended position so as to not cover the lense. This I suppose you will have as a problem on all folder type covers.
Also when you charge the device the flap remains open.
Anyway, none of my remarks relate to the cover itself, it is brilliant, available in south Africa directly from Samsung if you don't want to wait for snail mail delivery, and does not cost an arm and a leg.
Most importantly, and this truely matters, THERE IS NO APPLE LOGO ON IT!!! Hip hip... hooray! Do I hear another hip?

This is quite a nice case and feels solid and sturdy but you have to be careful not to let the closed case press the power button when closed as this can force the tablet to power down completely. The main issue though is the hinged side is on the wrong side of the tablet, this means that when the case is used as a stand in landscape mode the tablet is upside down (Samsung logo at the top and upside down instead of being below the screen). This isn't an issue for many apps that just rotate but some (e.g. Android Market) for the orientation to the the right way up in landscape. You can put the tablet in the case the other way but then the camera, headphone and connector holes don't align. If the hinge was on the other side it would also make the camera easier to use.

This case is light, rugged and feels good in the hand.
My only real niggle with it is very minor, and that is when the case is in 'stand' mode, and you want the tablet tilted from horizontal, you have to turn it upside down i.e. with camera towards you.
As this tablet is very thin -it's good to have a case like this that does not add too much bulk.

Good quality case
Decent quality protective case. It would make more sense if the tablet was the other way up, but other than that, all good. Much better than my last case - a Belkin.
