This has worked well for us when we've gone to other's homes for a visit. It is easy to set up and put away and takes up very little space and is super light for traveling. I found it's nice to leave in the boot of the car, doesnt take up space really, and it's easy to add to the collection of bags and carriers you collect with a baby, as it's light weight and has handles on the case it comes in that slide easily over your arm. We used it this Christmas at a house where there were cats and a ton of people, it was nice because we could keep our son in the room whilst he napped, it's easy to look into to check on him, it sits out of the way in a corner and the netting it comes with also allowed us to keep the family cats out (they also thought it looked like a nice place to sleep). I would not want to use this as a long term bed for our baby, the padded bottom that comes with it being thin, I'd buy the additional padded bottom if I were going to let him sleep in it longer than an nap (perhaps for a weekend trip, I don't feel it is made to be used as a proper cot). But, he seems to think it comfortable enough to take a few hours nap in :) It's really come in handy and if I didn't think it would last until we have a second child (which it should, it's made well) I'd buy a second one.
