Reccommended - you could spend ages trying to figure things out on Flickr, especially, if like me, you are on a slow internet connection. This book covers all the areas you nneed to know about to get the most out of Flickr, and unlike online you can instantly flick between the index and the relevant pages in the book whilst having the relevant Flickr screen open.

Sorry i think this is a waste of money mainly because its now out of date!
It does have some helpful basic information, but not worth the cost.

Very clear and easy to digest.
Many examples and scenarios.
I couldn't find any other books for the price.
I think now it is a little out of date but still of great use.

A must-read for anyone new to Flickr. 19 July 2013
By Savvy Shopper - Published on Amazon.com

I like to know ahead of time the advanced features of any software I use so that I make the most of the features I like and ignore the others.

This book was just what i needed. It is a great overview (with step-by-step how to details and great Tips) of all the features of Flickr and it's associated programs (Uplodr & Organizr). A quick read, and then you're ready to go, and don't have to worry that there's something you're missing.

I recommend the Kindle version, so you can get it immediately and have it with you whenever you use Flickr.

It was easy to learn how to use flicker with this book. You'll find it goes into a lot of detail.

The information in this is dated. The new Flickr has changed. I did not see any other product that was more current. This is still a bit helpful, but you have to ignore a lot of the info, since it is not longer what you see on the Flickr site.
10 minutes? ha! 2 Oct. 2013

Good information, but 10 minutes? No way. I have to go back and forth reading it to understand all of it. Maybe I'm a remedial reader. Not likely.

Bait and Switch? 2 Sept. 2010
By Marina Case - Published on Amazon.com

I ordered a used book for .87 cents and received a new one for $12 plus change. I was overall satisfied with speed of delivery and the condition of the merchandise. Because the dollar amount was small, it did not present a problem. The book is very helpful for a tech challenged person like myself. Be sure to read the fine print.
