I've tried a few workout DVD's over the years, and this one has to be my favourite so far. The workout sections are easy to pick up, but each section builds on the last and adds new elements to what you've already learned. There are also the essential warm up and cool down sections, and these both work brilliantly. As it's Sam and Amanda, there are a few giggles and trademark "woo's" in places, but not enough to distract you. Both they and the male instructor are encouraging, make you want to keep going to the finish, and keep the routine in check at all times with useful pointers about posture and breathing.
By the end of the DVD I had worked up a sweat, was feeling really energised, and most of all I'd had fun with it, and I intend to use this the recommended three times a week.
All in all I loved it! Really easy to pick up, challenging enough (but I didn't make too many mistakes even the first time) and most importantly, it really is a fun workout that should get results!
